If you would like a diagnosis of a mental health condition, or treatment for a mental health condition (which could include therapy, medication, or both), please find a licensed therapist, social worker, counselor, psychologist, or psychiatrist in your state.

You can use the website to find a therapist. The therapists listed on the website are independent -- they are not our employees. It is your responsibility to decide if a given therapist is meeting your needs. If not, you have the option not to continue with that therapist. If you are seeing a therapist from the website and the therapist leaves the website, we will notify you.

While we hope your therapist is helpful to you, you understand, agree, and acknowledge that only you can decide if a particular therapist is indeed helpful to you, and it's possible that a given therapist may not in fact be helpful to you. You also acknowledge that talking online, while a great choice for many, may not turn out to be the best choice in your particular situation.

The scheduling of sessions is a coordinated effort by you and your therapist. Your therapist will send you the necessary information and links.

The online sessions with your therapist occur over Google Meet. Your therapist will send you the meeting link before the session.

You will receive an online invoice for your session within 24 hours of the end of your session. You are responsible for paying the invoice within 7 days after you receive it. If you are late in paying an invoice, we will send you a reminder. If you have not paid for a sessions within 14 days of receiving the invoice, we reserve the right to deny you any further sessions with your therapist or any other provider on the site.

• You confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and that you are legally able to enter into this Agreement.
• You confirm that any information you submit to the website or to our payment processor (Block, Inc.) is accurate and complete.
• You confirm that you are responsible for keeping your account email address and password confidential.
• You agree to inform us immediately if you think your website account credentials have been compromised and/or if someone has logged into your account without your permission.
• You agree that we will not be liable for any loss or damage incurred as a result of someone else using your account on the website, either with or without your consent and/or knowledge.
• You agree that you are solely liable for all activities performed using your account on the website, and for any damage or loss incurred as a result of the use of your account by any person, whether authorized by you or not, and you agree to indemnify us for any such damage or loss.
• You agree not to use anybody else's account on the website for any reason.
• You agree that your use of the website and any associated online sessions are for your own personal use and that you are not using them for or on behalf of any other person or organization.

• If you receive any file from us or from a provider, whether through the website or not, you agree to check and scan the file for any virus or malicious software prior to opening or using the file.
• You will indemnify us, defend us, and hold us harmless from and against any and all claims, losses, causes of action, demands, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including, but not limited to, litigation and reasonable attorneys' fees and expenses) arising out of or relating to any of the following: (a) your access to or use of the website; (b) any actions made with your account whether by you or by someone else; (c) your violation of any of the provisions of this Agreement; (d) non-payment for any of the services which were provided; (e) your violation of any third party right, including, without limitation, any intellectual property right, publicity, confidentiality, property or privacy right. This clause shall survive expiration or termination of this Agreement.
• You confirm and agree to use only credit cards or other payment means which you are duly and fully authorized to use, and that all payment related information you provide is accurate, current, and correct.
• You agree to pay all fees and charges associated with your account on a timely basis and according to the fees schedule, the terms, and the rates as published on the website. By providing us with your payment means you authorize us to bill and charge you through that payment means.
• You agree not to use any robot, spider, or other automatic device, process, or means to access the website for any purpose, including monitoring or copying any of the material on the website.
• You agree not to use any manual process to monitor or copy any of the material on the website or for any other unauthorized purpose without our prior written consent.

You understand that we may modify, suspend, or discontinue the website, whether to all clients or specifically to you, at any time with or without notice. You agree that we will not be liable for any losses or damages that are caused by such changes, interruptions, or termination.

THIS AGREEMENT CONSTITUTES THE ENTIRE AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU AND US. YOU CONFIRM THAT YOU HAVE NOT RELIED UPON ANY PROMISES OR REPRESENTATIONS BY US EXCEPT AS SET FORTH IN THIS AGREEMENT.

We may change this Agreement by posting modifications on the website. Unless otherwise specified by us, all modifications shall be effective upon posting. Therefore, you are encouraged to check the terms of this Agreement frequently. The last update date of this Agreement is posted at the bottom of the Agreement. By using the website after the changes become effective, you agree to be bound by such changes to the Agreement. If you do not agree to the changes, you must stop using the website.

We may freely transfer or assign this Agreement or any of its obligations hereunder.

The section headings in this Agreement are solely for the sake of convenience and will not be applied in the interpretation of this Agreement.

If any provision of this Agreement is held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be illegal, invalid, unenforceable, or otherwise contrary to law, the remaining provisions of this Agreement will remain in full force and effect.

All clauses regarding limitations of liabilities and indemnification shall survive the termination or expiration of this Agreement.

These terms of use will be constructed according to and are governed by the laws of the state of Washington, USA, regardless of where the website operates and regardless of where you access the website from.
